Truro, Falmouth and the middle of the county
Wikipedia calls Truro Cornwall’s only city and the home of the council headquarters, gives it 21,046 residents at the 2021 census, and says Falmouth was the most populous parish. The county’s two universities teach over 10,000 students. Search numbers here are small: "seo Truro" shows 90 a month (competition 0.18, with 260 in November and 40 in October), "web design Truro" 40 and "web design Falmouth" 20. Visitor searches are far bigger, as "boat trips Falmouth" shows 1,000 (0.46) and reached 2,900 in October, while "kayak hire Falmouth" is 30 (0.05). Newquay, St Ives, Padstow and the north coast
Wikipedia says Newquay was the most populous built-up area in 2021, calls St Ives and Padstow small ports with a big tourism sector, and puts visitors at around five million a year, with tourism worth up to 24% of the county’s GDP. Wikipedia lists St Austell in the centre, Redruth and Camborne in the south west, Saltash in the south east and Penzance on the south coast, and says Newlyn is the largest fishing port in the UK by value of fish landed. A low number only means Keywords Everywhere holds little data, and small towns add up along a long coast, so list every one you serve on the quote form.
