Who writes our content

Every guide, answer and FAQ on renozer.com is written or reviewed by Muhammad Younus, the founder of Renozer. Muhammad Younus is a senior WordPress developer and technical SEO specialist who has built and ranked websites since 2019. Where a page has been reviewed rather than written by Muhammad, it says so.

How we research

  • First-hand experience. Most of what we publish comes from work we have done on real client websites, including what worked and what didn't.
  • Primary sources. We check claims about search against official documentation such as Google Search Central, Bing Webmaster Guidelines and schema.org, and claims about UK law against sources such as the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and GOV.UK.
  • UK context. We write for UK businesses, in UK English, with prices in pounds and references to UK rules.

How we use AI

We use AI tools to speed up research, outline pages and draft first versions. A person then rewrites, fact-checks and approves every page before it is published. We never publish AI-generated reviews, testimonials, case studies or statistics, and we never present AI output as first-hand experience.

Where we show an example of an AI assistant's answer, such as the illustration on our homepage, it is labelled as an illustration.

Accuracy and updates

Search and AI assistants change quickly, so every page shows the date it was last updated. We review our guides at least every six months and whenever Google, OpenAI or another platform makes a change that affects the advice.

Independence

No company pays to be mentioned on renozer.com. When we name a tool or platform, such as Shopify, WordPress or Google Business Profile, it is because we use it or recommend it to clients. If we ever add affiliate links, we will label them clearly next to the link and update this policy.

Corrections

If you spot a mistake, email [email protected] with the page address and what needs fixing. We aim to review every report within five working days and correct confirmed errors straight away, noting significant corrections on the page.
