1. About these terms
These terms apply between Renozer ([Legal name, e.g. Renozer Ltd]) and you. Renozer is an AI SEO and web design agency serving Manchester, Greater Manchester and the UK, led by founder Muhammad Younus. Our company details are on our about page. When you accept a quote from us, these terms and the quote together form our contract. If anything in a quote conflicts with these terms, the quote applies.
2. Using our website
The information on renozer.com is general guidance for UK businesses, not advice for your specific situation. We work hard to keep it accurate (see our editorial policy), but search engines and AI assistants change often, so please don't rely on it without checking it applies to you. You may share and quote our content with a link back to the original page. You must not copy it wholesale, misuse the website, or try to access it in ways we haven't made available.
3. Our services
We provide website design and redesign, SEO, local SEO, AI Search Optimisation and ongoing website care. Each quote sets out exactly what is included, what is not, and the timescale.
4. Quotes and how our contract starts
- Every project starts with a free audit and a fixed quote in pounds.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Our contract starts when you accept the quote in writing (email is fine) and, for website projects, pay the deposit.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which we add at the current rate [if VAT registered].
- Website projects: [50%] deposit when you accept the quote and the balance before the website goes live.
- Monthly plans: invoiced monthly in advance.
- Invoices are due within 14 days. If you are a business and pay late, we may charge interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, and pause work until the account is up to date.
6. Monthly plans and cancellation
AI Search Optimisation, SEO and Website Care plans have a minimum term of three months, because AI and search results take time to build. After that they continue month by month, and either of us can end them with 30 days' written notice. When a plan ends, everything we created for you during it remains yours.
7. What we need from you
- Content, feedback, approvals and account access when we need them. Delays on your side may move the timeline.
- Confirmation that you have the right to use any text, images, logos and other material you give us.
- Accurate information about your business, prices and services, so what we publish is true.
8. Timelines
Most websites launch in three to six weeks, and AI mentions usually follow from month two or three. These are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the size of the project and how quickly we receive what we need.
9. Who owns what
- Once you have paid in full, you own the website design, the content we write for you and the finished website.
- Your domain name, hosting, analytics, Google Business Profile and other accounts are registered in your business's name. If we set them up, we transfer full ownership to you.
- We keep ownership of our own pre-existing code, tools, templates and know-how, and give you a permanent licence to use any of them that form part of your website.
- Third-party themes, plugins, apps and fonts are supplied under their owners' licences.
- We may show your website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
10. Third-party platforms
Platforms such as Shopify, WordPress hosting, Wix, Squarespace and Google charge their own fees, which you pay directly unless your quote says otherwise. They also set their own rules and can change them. We are not responsible for outages, price changes or policy changes made by these providers, but we will tell you if a change affects your website.
11. No guaranteed rankings or AI mentions
Google, Bing and AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Gemini decide their own results. Nobody can honestly guarantee a position in them, and we don't. What we commit to is carrying out the work described in your quote with reasonable care and skill, and reporting progress honestly every month.
12. Confidentiality and data protection
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. Where we process personal data on your behalf, for example enquiries submitted through a website we manage for you, we do so as your processor under a data processing agreement [add link or attach to quote].
13. Changes to the work
If you want to change what's included, we will confirm any effect on price or timing in writing before we start the extra work.
14. Ending a project
You can end a website project at any time by telling us in writing. You pay for the work completed up to that point, and we hand over everything you have paid for. We may end our contract if you do not pay an invoice within 30 days of a reminder, or if you seriously break these terms.
If you are a consumer rather than a business, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of accepting our quote under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start work within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay for the work done up to that point.
15. Our responsibility to you
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
- If you are a business, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability under any contract is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill, and your statutory rights are not affected.
- Please keep your own backups of content and data you give us.
16. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as platform outages, internet failures or illness. We will tell you as soon as possible and keep the delay to a minimum.
17. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our work, email [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and aim to resolve it within ten working days.
18. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your project is the one in place when you accepted your quote. This version was last updated on 21 October 2026.
