Prices and costs

How much does a website cost in Manchester and the UK?
Websites start from £1,495 excluding VAT, and the only monthly costs are hosting and optional care. Our websites start from £1,495 on Wix or Squarespace, £1,995 on WordPress and £2,495 on Shopify, excluding VAT, with custom features from £3,995. The only ongoing costs are your platform or hosting fees, which you pay directly, and an optional Website Care plan from £79 a month if you would like us to handle updates, backups and security. You receive a fixed quote after your free audit.
Is there a minimum contract for SEO and AI SEO?
Yes, three months, because search engines and AI assistants take time to respond to changes. After that, plans run month by month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Full details are in our terms of service.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Your quote lists everything we charge for. The only other costs are third-party fees you pay directly, such as your domain name, hosting or platform subscription, and any paid plugins or apps you choose.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. All our prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the standard UK rate on your invoice [if VAT registered].

Working with Renozer

I paid an agency before and got nothing. How is Renozer different?
You work directly with the senior specialist doing the work, with fixed prices and no lock-in. That specialist is Muhammad Younus, the founder. Prices are fixed and agreed in writing. Your domain, website, content and every account stay in your business's name, so you can leave whenever you like. AI search plans run monthly after the first three months, and every report shows real numbers: AI mentions, rankings, calls and enquiries.
Do we meet in person?
We work remotely with every client, by video call, phone and email. You speak directly to Muhammad Younus at every stage.
How much time will I need to spend?
About two to three hours in total during a website build, mostly reviewing designs and content. On a monthly plan, around ten minutes a month to read your report.
Do you only work with Manchester businesses?
Our focus is Manchester and Greater Manchester, including Manchester, Salford, Trafford, Stockport, Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Wigan and Tameside, but we work with businesses across the UK.
Can you guarantee first place on Google or in ChatGPT?
No, and nobody honestly can. Google and AI assistants decide their own results, so any agency that guarantees a position is guessing. What we can promise is the work: a technically sound website, a complete Google Business Profile, clear entity and schema data and answer-first content. Most clients see their first AI mentions within two to four months, and we report progress against a fixed set of real customer questions every month.
When will I see results in Google and AI search?
Technical fixes can improve Google visibility within weeks. AI mentions usually start to appear from month two or three, depending on how competitive your market is. We report progress every month so you can see the trend.
What is AI SEO?
AI SEO, also called AI Search Optimisation or generative engine optimisation (GEO), makes your business the source that ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews cite and recommend. Read more about AI Search Optimisation.
Why is my business not showing on Google Maps?
Usually because your Google Business Profile is incomplete, your reviews are thin, or your business details don't match across the web. We fix all three as part of local SEO.

Websites

Which platform is best: Shopify, WordPress, Wix or Squarespace?
Shopify is best if selling online is your main goal. WordPress suits service businesses that want the most SEO control. Wix suits owners who want to edit everything themselves. Squarespace suits creatives and portfolios.
Will I lose my Google rankings if I redesign my website?
No, not if the move is planned properly. Rankings are lost when old pages are deleted or renamed without redirects, or when content that ranked well is cut. Before launch we crawl your current website, record every URL with rankings or backlinks, map each one to its new page with 301 redirects and keep the content that earns traffic. After launch we watch Search Console closely and fix any errors straight away. Our website redesign and migration service includes all of this as standard.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most small business websites take three to six weeks from the first call to launch. Online shops with many products, and custom features such as booking systems, can take six to ten weeks.
Do I need a website before AI Search Optimisation?
Yes, because AI tools need a trustworthy website to read and cite. If you don't have one yet, our Website + AI Growth plan builds it first and starts optimising straight after launch.

Contracts, ownership and data

Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. Once you have paid in full, the website, content and design are yours, and your domain and accounts are always registered in your business's name.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes. After the first three months, plans run month by month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. See our terms of service.
Is my website compliant with UK GDPR and cookie rules?
Every website we build includes a consent banner, a privacy policy page and secure forms. Read how we handle your own data in our privacy policy.
