Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use renozer.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnifiers or voice control.

1. Our standard

We aim for renozer.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We build the same standard into the websites we design for clients, because accessible websites are easier for everyone to use and easier for search engines and AI assistants to read.

2. What we have done

  • Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
  • Headings, lists, tables and landmarks are marked up so screen readers can navigate them.
  • Images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Text and buttons meet WCAG contrast ratios, and text can be resized to 200% without loss of content.
  • Every form field has a visible label and a clear error message.
  • Animation is reduced or switched off if you have turned on "reduce motion" in your device settings.
  • Pop-ups can be closed with the Escape key, and keyboard focus stays inside them while they are open.

3. Known limitations

We test with automated tools and by hand, and we are still completing testing with a range of screen readers. Parts of the website that rely on third parties, such as Google Analytics, are outside our direct control. If you find something that doesn't work for you, please tell us.

4. Getting help or another format

If you need information from this website in a different format, or you have trouble using any part of it, email [email protected] or call 0161 000 0000 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK time). We will reply within five working days.

5. Reporting a problem

Tell us the page address and what went wrong, and which device, browser or assistive technology you were using if you can. We will fix confirmed problems as quickly as we can and let you know when it's done.

6. If you're not happy with our response

Under the Equality Act 2010, service providers must make reasonable adjustments for disabled people. If you are not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).

7. Review

This statement was last reviewed on 21 October 2026. We review it every year and whenever we make significant changes to the website. Read more about Renozer or our editorial policy.
